Step 1

Make an appointment by clicking the link at the top of the page. We only provide services to patients who are in the state of California at the time of their visit.1

Step 2

Check your email for the appointment confirmation. There you will find links to fill out the intake forms and sign the service agreement. 

Step 3

On the day of your appointment you will be emailed a Zoom link about 10 minutes before your appointment time.2 There’s no app to install. Just click the link and you’re ready to go. If you scheduled a phone visit, the doctor will call you at your appointment time.

1Naturopathic doctor licensing is state by state. Dr. Dzvonick is only licensed in the state of California. All patients seen by Dr. Dzvonick must be in the state of CA at the time of their visit.
